Duet provides credit and financial information and educational tools, including the ability to connect financial accounts and view balances, scores, and general guidance. Duet is not a bank, lender, credit-repair organization, or financial, legal, or tax advisor. Information and any "advisor" guidance are for general educational purposes and are not professional advice. You are responsible for your own financial decisions.
When you connect a financial account, you authorize us and our provider Plaid to access information from that account on your behalf. You may disconnect at any time. Account data is provided by third parties, and we do not guarantee its accuracy or availability.
The Service, including its design, brand, and content, is owned by New Growth Investments LLC and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that information will be accurate or complete.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, New Growth Investments LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service.
