Duet is a subscription service with a 14-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. This policy explains how billing, cancellation, and refunds work.
Every new subscription starts with a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you will never be charged.
You can cancel from within the app (Account → Manage plan) or by emailing us. When you cancel, your plan stays active through the end of the current billing period and then does not renew. Canceling stops future charges; it does not retroactively refund a period that has already started, except as described below.
Monthly plan ($10.99/mo). Monthly payments are non-refundable once a billing period begins, because you retain access for that period.
6-month ($59.35) and annual ($120.89) plans. If you cancel within 14 days of a renewal charge, we will refund the unused, unstarted portion on a prorated basis. After 14 days, the remaining term is non-refundable but you keep access until it ends.
Duplicate or accidental charges are refunded in full. If a charge looks wrong, contact us and we will make it right.
Email [email protected] from (or naming) the email address used at checkout. Please include the approximate date of the charge. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment processor, Stripe. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days to appear.
